Shipping & Delivery
Super Child Pvt. Ltd. operates 24x7 online, but order deliveries are subject to business hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. All orders will be prepared and dispatched within 2 working days of placement, using our preferred carriers. Though delivery time may vary due to third-party logistics, we expect orders to arrive within 3–5 working days from dispatch.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact us within 24 hours of the status update. Beyond that time, the courier partner may not investigate further.

Returns & Replacements
At Super Child Pvt. Ltd., we take pride in delivering what you see and expect. All products are carefully tested and packaged. In the rare case of a production issue such as an expired or incorrect product being delivered, we will accept returns without question.
To request a return or refund, you must submit an unboxing video starting from the moment you receive our sealed box. This ensures transparency and enables faster resolutions.
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Allergic reactions
- Incorrect shipping address provided
- Customer misunderstood the product
- Wrong product ordered
- Change of mind or no longer needing the product
If you'd like to exchange a sealed product for another variant of equal value, a one-time pickup charge of ₹200 will apply.
Please note, partial exchanges from a single order are not allowed. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–12 working days.
Order Cancellation
While visitors can place orders freely, Super Child Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to review and accept fulfillment. Orders may be cancelled if they are found fraudulent, suspicious, or due to pricing or inventory errors.
We may request additional verification before fulfilling an order. If your order is cancelled post-payment, the full amount will be refunded. However, promotional vouchers used may not be reinstated.
In the case of suspected fraud, we reserve the right to notify law enforcement authorities and provide transaction details.
Customers may cancel their order within 2 working days of placing it. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept the following payment methods:

- Cash on Delivery (CoD)
We charge only the invoice amount—nothing extra. If you notice any discrepancies in billing, please contact us or your bank immediately.
Product prices reflect their true value and include packaging, delivery, and applicable GST. Check your invoice for detailed breakdowns.
Promotional offers and discounts may be available on select products. These are subject to change or discontinuation at our discretion without prior notice.
Updating Account Information
Your account details are system-managed. Once registered with an email, it becomes your unique identifier. If you need to change your registered email, please contact us with a request.
All other profile information can be edited after logging into your account. Make sure your delivery address is complete and includes house/apartment number, street, locality, and PIN code for smooth dispatch.
