At Super Child Pvt. Ltd., we take pride in ensuring our customers receive exactly what they see and expect. Every product is thoroughly tested and checked before dispatch. In cases of production defects such as expired items or incorrect products delivered, we will accept the return and offer a full refund—no questions asked.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Customer experiences allergic reactions
• Error in the shipping address provided by the customer
• Customer did not understand the product
• Refund or complaint is raised after 7 days of product delivery

We maintain complete transparency regarding our ingredients, product usage, and practices. Our support team is committed to resolving all genuine concerns to the best of our ability.

Exchange Conditions

Please note that partial order exchanges are not allowed. If an exchange is approved, it must be for the entire product unit as received.

Once a return or refund request is approved, kindly allow 10–12 working days for the process to be completed.

Legal Jurisdiction

In case of any legal dispute, the matter will be governed under the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
